What is The Role
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy and Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will define and scale operational best practices, support sales strategy and planning, and drive data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. You will partner closely with sales management to assess business health, design and interpret key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to capture untapped market potential.

To succeed in this role, you need a solid understanding of sales processes and industry best practices. This is important, especially in a fast-growing environment. You should be able to predict how product releases, changing coverage models, and sales policy changes will affect the sales team. Then, you must turn that insight into effective sales execution and oversight. You will also lead system enhancements and reporting initiatives needed to establish, track, and present key sales performance indicators to senior management.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Analyze business health and present data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making and investment planning
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics, identify areas of weakness, and develop targeted plans to address gaps
  • Identify untapped market potential and design and implement sales plans to capture growth opportunities
  • Design and implement sales coverage models for the direct sales team, including territory alignment and forecasting
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy, planning, and executive-level reporting
  • Implement best practices that drive simplification, efficiency, and productivity improvements for sales users
  • Manage core sales operations functions including user setup, territory management, forecasting, and data hygiene
  • Conduct sales leader training sessions and develop change management materials to drive adoption of new processes and tools
What You Bring
  • MUST HAVE Deep technical expertise in Salesforce with experience in related cloud-based or web-based technologies
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems Analysis, or a similar function
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to shift priorities quickly, solve problems creatively, and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including receptive listening and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work across virtual and global cross-functional teams
  • Strong data and analytics acumen, with demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights, build reporting frameworks, and drive data-informed decision-making across sales and revenue operations
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar), with hands-on experience writing queries, manipulating data, and delivering compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven change management and process transformation experience, with a track record of leading adoption across complex organizations
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a solid creative problem-solving aptitude
  • End-to-end implementation and support experience with global business systems, from requirements gathering through testing and production rollout
