Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles, beginning with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue organization. Drive outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, calibration, interviews, stakeholder alignment, and closing. Improve recruiting funnels, reporting, tooling, and interview processes while partnering closely with sales leaders and executives. After ramping, support Customer Success and Implementation hiring and help build the company’s broader revenue recruiting engine.

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. Finance, accounting, sales, and operations, unified in one system for the first time.

We're growing 5x year over year with a small team in New York City; the people who join now will shape the product, the culture, and the company itself.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

The Role

We're building the operating system for CPG brands—covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. We 5x'ed revenue last year and are on track to 4x again this year. Hiring is a core lever for us right now, not a support function.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to execute our Sales hiring engine—starting with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue org.

This is not a "fill reqs" role. You'll own Sales searches end-to-end—sourcing, running, and closing—while sharpening the process behind them. Once ramped, you'll flex into our broader business roles (Customer Success and Implementation) as the revenue org scales.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles—Enterprise AEs first, then across the sales org (SDRs, AEs, sales leadership as we grow)

  • Drive both outbound and inbound strategy—sourcing, messaging, and pipeline quality for high-bar revenue talent

  • Partner directly with sales leadership and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidates, and drive fast decisions

  • Run tight, high-signal interview processes—structure, rubrics, interviewer alignment, and a candidate experience that closes top sellers

  • Improve the recruiting engine as you go: funnel efficiency, tracking, reporting, and tooling—not just run what exists

  • Act as the central operator—keeping searches moving, holding stakeholders accountable, and closing candidates

  • Flex into Customer Success and Implementation hiring once ramped, applying the same playbook across the business org

What we're looking for
  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep ownership of Sales hiring—you've hired Enterprise AEs and know what great looks like

  • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC—you don't wait for direction, you create it

  • Strong outbound sourcing skills—you know how to find and engage top revenue talent, not just manage inbound

  • Sharp calibration on sales profiles: quota attainment, deal complexity, sales motion fit, and the signals that separate real closers from good interviewers

  • Experience improving recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment—you leave every search better than you found it

  • Comfortable working directly with sales leaders and execs, pushing for clarity, speed, and quality

  • Range to stretch beyond Sales—excited to pick up CS and Implementation searches as you ramp

What this role is (and isn't)
  • You'll own execution on Sales hiring from day one with support from our Founding GTM Recruiter

  • You'll be expected to move fast without sacrificing quality

  • You'll help shape how revenue hiring works here—not just run individual reqs

  • This is a builder role for someone who wants direct impact on how we scale the revenue org

Why this role
  • Sales hiring is one of the most important problems for us this year

  • You'll have direct influence on the shape and quality of the revenue org

  • You'll work closely with sales leadership and have visibility into GTM strategy

  • Clear scope expansion built in—own Sales, then grow into the full business org
