  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise software solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, and supporting enterprise technologies.

  • Lead the technical execution of complex initiatives from solution design through deployment, ensuring solutions meet functional, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability expectations.

  • Partner closely with Product Management to refine requirements, evaluate implementation options, provide technical estimates, identify risks and dependencies, and deliver solutions aligned with established roadmap priorities.

  • Design and develop data-driven solutions that enable customer engagement, business process automation, and trusted enterprise data across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI services, APIs, external data sources, and other customer engagement technologies.

  • Leverage modern agentic software development practices and approved AI-assisted engineering capabilities to accelerate software development, improve code quality, automate testing and documentation, and increase engineering productivity while adhering to enterprise security and governance standards.

  • Design, develop, and implement agentic business solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, and other approved enterprise AI technologies.

  • Apply a configuration-before-code approach where appropriate, while using custom development when necessary to address complex business, integration, or platform requirements.

  • Drive engineering excellence by promoting scalable design patterns, reusable components, secure coding practices, automated testing, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

  • Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture through code reviews, technical knowledge sharing, documentation, and the promotion of engineering best practices.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Security, Data, Sales, and other business and technology partners throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering, application development, or related technical experience delivering enterprise solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading the technical execution of complex initiatives and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

  • Significant hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce development technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, declarative automation, integrations, security models, and platform data architecture.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and enterprise applications.

  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, cloud services, authentication protocols, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, or other enterprise AI technologies.

  • Experience leveraging agentic software development practices and AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve software development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, system integration, data modeling, testing, debugging, source control, CI/CD, secure coding, and release management.

  • Experience partnering with Product Managers to refine requirements, estimate work, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver against prioritized roadmaps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, automation, and data.

  • Experience working in Agile software delivery environments and contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release activities.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Engineering, Security, Data, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and business teams.
