About the company

Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. This senior-level engineer takes full responsibility for product areas across the full stack, with the deepest focus on the frontend. The work starts from open-ended goals and turns them into simple, working features that users can adopt on their own, alongside company leadership on product direction. Candidates should bring a history of delivering substantial product work to customers.

What you'll do

- Take full responsibility for user-facing product areas, carrying work from initial concept through data design, interfaces and release, then keep refining it.

- Turn open-ended goals into simple, working products shaped by user feedback.

- Design minimal, intuitive interfaces that let non-technical users manage critical business processes.

- Build and improve core software capabilities such as billing, product analytics, experimentation, localization and notifications.

- Work alongside company leadership to shape product direction and iterate rapidly on it.

- Use AI coding tools to speed up daily development and move quickly with a small team.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Senior or staff-level experience, typically 2 to 10 years of professional software engineering.

- Strong full-stack skills, particularly in TypeScript and React.

- Demonstrated history of delivering whole product modules to customers, not only small fixes.

- Hands-on production experience with a durable workflow orchestration tool.

- Experience managing infrastructure as code and orchestrating fleets of servers or containers.

- Deep production database experience, including schema design, scaling and performance tuning.

- Daily use of AI coding tools, with the ability to walk through your workflow.

- At least one year at a fast-growing early-stage startup or a high-bar developer tools or product company.

Bonus points

- Experience building infrastructure for AI agents or machine learning workloads.

- Founder or startup founding experience, including accelerator experience.

- Open-source contributions or long-form technical writing.

- A public record of product launches.
