Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

Spaces bring people, context, and agents together in one place. They help legal teams organize their work, collaborate securely, and use Harvey across the lifecycle of a matter or project.

We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to own the core Spaces experience. You will shape how users create and navigate Spaces, bring in relevant context, run work, and return to Spaces as an ongoing part of their workflow. You’ll also lead the work required to make the product intuitive, polished, and broadly adopted across Harvey’s customers.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone with excellent product judgment, strong design instincts, and the ability to turn an ambitious, ambiguous problem into a clear strategy and shipped product.

What You'll Do
  • Own the core Spaces experience: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how users organize and conduct their work in Spaces.

  • Simplify complex workflows: Create intuitive experiences and mental models across navigation, information architecture, resources, activity, and agents.

  • Drive product quality: Work closely with Design and Engineering to raise the craft bar, resolve friction, and make the end-to-end experience feel coherent, polished, and delightful.

  • Grow adoption: Improve onboarding, activation, entry points, defaults, and repeat usage. Establish clear success metrics and use data and research to guide iteration.

  • Lead product development end to end: Take problems from discovery and definition through launch, measurement, and continued improvement.

  • Stay close to customers: Spend meaningful time with law firms, in-house legal teams, and end users to understand how they work and translate their needs into opinionated product decisions.

  • Work across Harvey: Partner with adjacent product teams so Spaces fits naturally with the rest of the Harvey platform.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of a major user-facing product or core product experience.

  • A track record of building excellent B2B SaaS, productivity, workflow, collaboration, or knowledge-management products.

  • Strong product and design judgment, with demonstrated experience simplifying complex workflows or information architecture.

  • Experience taking products through both early definition and subsequent scaling, adoption, and refinement.

  • Strong growth instincts and experience improving activation, onboarding, engagement, or retention.

  • The ability to operate with high agency in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and independently drive work from problem to outcome.

  • Deep customer orientation and the judgment to translate customer feedback into broadly useful product decisions.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence Engineering, Design, GTM, and other partners.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building multi-user workspaces or products involving sharing and collaboration.

  • Experience with enterprise complexity, including different user types, permissions, governance, or sensitive data.

  • Experience building AI-powered products or designing workflows involving AI agents.

  • Experience working at a high-growth technology company.
