About Wing:

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.

  • Project Manage Launches & Integrations: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new partner locations or services, ensuring a seamless operational transition for both the partner and Wing.
  • Negotiate & Renew Agreements: Navigate complex contract renewals and commercial restructures to ensure a win-win partnership design.
  • Translate Data into Action: Gather and analyze performance insights, consumer behavior, and operational metrics to lead regular, data-driven business reviews (QBRs) with partners.
    • Advocate Internally & Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with internal Wing teams to champion your partners’ needs:
    • Product & Hardware/Software: Deliver structured partner feedback to shape our product roadmap.
    • Operations: Ensure day-to-day delivery meets or exceeds partner commitments and SLAs.
    • Marketing: Co-design promotional campaigns to drive customer adoption.
    • Legal & Finance: Manage ongoing commercial compliance and contract adjustments.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, management consulting, or strategic partnerships, ideally within last-mile logistics, retail, QSR, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success managing, retaining, and expanding complex, multi-million dollar enterprise accounts and executive relationships.
  • Strong operational and project management experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects, such as technical integrations or multi-site rollouts with multiple moving parts.
  • Analytical fluency with the ability to dissect complex data, extract actionable insights, and build compelling narratives using presentation and data visualization tools.
  • Commercial acumen with experience negotiating contract terms, SLAs, and complex commercial restructures to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial success.
