  • Draft business case / corporate approval documentation, working with the client’s finance team to develop financial analysis for all operating expense (opex) and capital expense (capex) investments prior to commitments and manage to deadlines.

  • Work with internal and external legal counsel in preparing, negotiating and executing all documentation relating to any transaction

  • Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly and semi-annual business reports including highs, lows, process improvements, help needed and lessons learned; develop additional ad-hoc reports as requested by client

  • Coach and develop direct reports, including Transaction Managers, to reach their full potential

  • Supervise the execution of transactions by the team, ensuring quality and consistency of output

  • Hold accountability for the quality of the team’s transaction output, due diligence and reporting on overall transaction progress

Raising the Bar

  • Regularly liaise with other peers to share best practices, and other key delivery partners from JLL and other service providers delivering integration, data integrity, and project and facilities management

  • Leverage JLL research team, bringing research insights, analytics and innovative ideas to regional client leadership

  • Leverage, invent and simplify best practices, including the continuous improvement of process, tools and templates

  • “See around corners” to mitigate anticipated risks/take advantage of opportunities
