As the Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner, this roles plays a critical role in supporting business operations, talent development, recruiting initiatives, and strategic execution.
Role Overview
The Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner provides advanced administrative, operational, and client service support to the Managing Partner and leadership team. This role combines executive support responsibilities with coordination and support of operational processes, cross-functional coordination, and business initiatives. Working with a high degree of independence, the incumbent manages competing priorities, facilitating problem resolution, serves as a trusted resource on business processes, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while ensuring a high level of service to leaders, advisors, clients, and business partners.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and business priorities while anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution of leadership activities.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, recognition programs, training events, and leadership meetings, serving as the primary point of contact across internal stakeholders.
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, dashboards, and meeting materials that support business planning and informed decision-making.
- Support operational initiatives by tracking milestones, monitoring deliverables, facilitating process improvements, and serving as a subject matter resource for administrative and operational processes.
What You'll Bring
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience providing executive support, business operations, client service, project coordination, or related professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and resolve complex operational issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, improve operational processes, and share knowledge and best practices around administrative processes.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Familiarity with AI Tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, event planning, reporting, or business operations.
