About the position

We are looking for an experienced Silicon Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help manage our vendor's backend execution and New Product Introduction (NPI) for our data-center-grade AI chips.

In this role, you will bridge hardware design, backend implementation, and post-silicon qualification, characterization and validation. You will drive multi-chip execution schedules from RTL freeze through physical implementation, tapeout, post-silicon characterization, qualification, and high-volume production release.

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field with 8+ years of direct silicon engineering and silicon program management experience, OR
• Master of Science (MS) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Backend Expertise: Hands-on background or direct program management experience in physical implementation tasks.
• Post-Silicon & NPI Experience: Proven track record bringing complex chips from tapeout to mass production.
• Data-Center Class Silicon: Demonstrated experience executing high-power data-center-grade silicon projects.
• Cross-Functional Rigor: Excellent technical communication skills with a proven ability to challenge technical trade-offs across backend design, DFT, and product engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI Silicon Experience: Direct experience managing silicon for specialized AI accelerators or GPUs.
