Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Social Content and Community Manager to shape how Harvey shows up in the feed and in the conversations that happen around it. You'll turn launches, product news, and company thinking into sharp, native content across our owned channels and our employees' channels. When we amplify a moment, it should land everywhere our people and audiences are.

You'll also own Harvey's social communities day to day. That means managing DMs, comments, and mentions; moderating and growing our community spaces; sending questions and opportunities to the right teams; and starting conversations that draw people toward Harvey. This role combines craft and community. It's for someone who writes fast and well, runs engaged communities with care and good judgment, and understands that on social, the caption, the reply, and the timing are the work.

What You'll Do
  • Write scroll-stopping copy for Harvey's owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms), tuned to what performs on each.

  • Write copy for employee and advocacy channels to power company amplification. Give the team ready-to-post language that makes company moments land while keeping a consistent Harvey point of view.

  • Turn a single launch or announcement into a set of channel-native posts, threads, and replies that work together across audiences.

  • Work closely with the Social Manager to plan, draft, and deliver social creative and campaign content.

  • Keep a steady content calendar that balances planned campaigns with timely, real-time posts.

Community Management
  • Own the social inbox: monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across Harvey's channels quickly, warmly, and with good judgment.

  • Build and maintain response guidelines, tone standards, and saved replies for common questions so Harvey's voice stays consistent at scale.

  • Set up and run triage and escalation paths. Route customer support issues, sales inquiries, press requests, partnership opportunities, and sensitive or legal matters to the right internal teams, and close the loop.

  • Moderate Harvey's social communities and comment sections. Enforce community guidelines and deal with spam, trolling, and negative sentiment calmly and consistently.

  • Proactively join relevant conversations across the legal, legal tech, and AI communities to build relationships, raise Harvey's profile, and spot opportunities.

  • Find, engage, and grow a network of customers, advocates, and creators. Highlight their stories and user-generated content where appropriate and approved.

  • Run social listening to track brand mentions, sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging trends, and share key insights with Marketing, Product, Comms, and Customer Success.

  • Act as the first line of defense on social for brand safety. Flag potential issues early and help carry out response plans during sensitive or fast-moving moments.

    Measurement and Optimization
  • Track and report on content performance and community health, including engagement, response times, sentiment, follower growth, and conversation volume.

  • Use performance and engagement data to sharpen content, hooks, and response approach over time.

  • Share recurring themes from the community, such as questions, feedback, and pain points, to inform content strategy, product messaging, and FAQs.

What You Have
  • 3+ years in social content, community management, or a similar role, ideally at a high-growth tech, AI, or legal-focused company, or in a fast-moving brand or agency environment.

  • Exceptional short-form writing and editorial judgment, with a portfolio of content and community engagement that earned attention.

  • Hands-on experience managing a brand's social inbox and online communities, including moderation, escalation, and response workflows.

  • A real feel for internet culture, online communities, and what makes content and conversations travel.

  • Range as a voice chameleon: you can write as the brand and for employees without losing the through-line.

  • Comfort living in the replies and handling DMs, comments, and mentions with speed, warmth, and good judgment, including difficult or sensitive exchanges.

  • Sound judgment about confidentiality, customer privacy, and when to escalate rather than respond.

  • Ability to move quickly on real-time moments while keeping quality and brand safety high.

  • Strong organization and follow-through. You can manage a high volume of conversations and requests without dropping threads.

  • Experience with social management, scheduling, and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar).

  • Comfort using analytics and engagement data to decide what you write and how you engage next.

  • A collaborative approach and experience working across Marketing, Comms, Customer Success, Sales, and Legal.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or similar B2B spaces.

  • Background in copywriting, journalism, or editorial.

  • Experience running an engaged personal or brand account.

  • Experience building or managing a professional community, advocacy program, or creator/ambassador program.

  • Experience supporting crisis or issues management on social.

  • Interest in AI and responsible communication.
