The application window is expected to close on: 09/07/2026Meet the Team

The AI Center of Excellence for Sales is Cisco's engine for putting AI in the hands of every seller. Our mission is direct and ambitious: give sellers more time with customers by taking the non-selling work off their plate. We turn Cisco's best go-to-market plays into seller-facing AI agents that tell a seller — in the flow of the deal — exactly what to do next to win. We do it in close partnership with two teams: the Global Specialist Organization, who owns go-to-market, and the GTM IT engineering team, who we design and build alongside and who runs our AI in production at scale. We are small, senior, and close to the field, and we move fast.

You'll join that pod — a small, senior team led by the Director, GTM AI Architecture — that prototypes fast, proves value with real sellers, and builds shoulder to shoulder with GTM IT engineering to get that work into production. This is a genuinely joint build: you will spend as much time in GTM IT's design reviews as in our own.

Your Impact

Feed the agents. Build the integrations that pull account, customer, and opportunity context from a variety of platforms and systems, in partnership with GTM IT.

Write back to the systems of record. Push agent outputs where they belong — tag the deal in Salesforce, log the recommended action.

Close the loop. Instrument the hardest, highest-value step: detecting from Conversational Intelligence and CRM signals whether a recommended action was actually executed.

Build reliable plumbing. Create well-monitored data pipelines and APIs between the agents and the GTM stack, with an eye for data quality and observability.

Ship to production, with GTM IT. Build the integrations and their contracts jointly with GTM IT engineering — aligning the contracts up front, so what goes live is planned for in advance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience building production integrations, APIs, and pipelines.

•Experience integrating with CRM (Multsoft APIs) and/or SaaS data platforms; experience with REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and authentication.

• Data pipeline experience (batch and/or streaming) with a focus on reliability, observability, and data quality.

• Experience inferring whether an action happened from conversation and CRM data.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce platform depth; experience with Gong or other conversation-intelligence APIs.

• GraphQL, knowledge-graph, or “supergraph” experience.

• Demonstrable familiarity with LangGraph and Python.

• Familiarity with sales data (pipeline, bookings, seller activity).

• Experience shipping jointly with a partner engineering organization — shared standards, co-owned code, no over-the-wall handoffs.
