What You'll Do
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of behavior validation products such as the Behavior Validation Scorecard, protocol analysis workflows, and supporting dashboards.

  • Contribute to product roadmaps, technical plans, and success metrics that connect validation capabilities to AV launch and release decision processes.

  • Use Pareto analysis, metric quality assessments, and other data-driven prioritization techniques to identify the highest-value product improvements for actionable insights.

  • Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, technical designs, and measurable outcomes.

  • Prototype and implement technical improvements using Python and related technologies to accelerate feature development and learning.

  • Develop reliable interfaces between data pipelines, analytical workflows, and customer-facing front-end dashboards.

  • Improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability of validation tools and services.

Your Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, data products, validation, or a related technical discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to software products, systems, data tools, or technical initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Python for prototyping, data analysis, automation, or production development.

  • Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, analytical workflows, or front-end integrations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse technical and product partners.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle development, ADAS systems, or robotics.

  • Strong background in data visualization and reporting tools for communicating priorities and progress.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impactful product improvements.

  • Experience with simulation environments and validation frameworks.
