What You'll Do
As an intern, you will be given an exciting and challenging project that you'll start in week 1. You'll join our structured Intern Program, be set up with a mentor and manager to make sure you have the best experience and that you are encouraged and supported to contribute. Most importantly, we want you to feel part of the team and learn lots while you are working with us!
Our leaders welcome all Airwallex people to contribute to our roadmap and to constantly challenge the processes that we build our platforms through. You'll get the opportunity to learn and apply best-practice software engineering, focusing on strong software engineering fundamentals and pragmatism from our engineers.
You will learn how AI can enhance strong engineering by using LLM tools for research, prototyping, debugging, testing and documentation, while applying critical judgement and strong fundamentals. Working on ambitious goals with a modern stack including Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes and React, you will help deliver simple, scalable solutions while exploring new models and tooling with your team.
