About the company

Our client is an early-stage software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. - A record of delivering and maintaining sizeable software products from concept to production.

- Solid working knowledge of TypeScript and building modern web applications across the stack.

- Practical experience creating applications powered by LLMs and autonomous agents.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, with room for flexibility given a strong professional record.

- A strong academic or startup background.

- Comfort working independently and creating new systems with little guidance.

Bonus points

- Prior experience founding a company or serving as an early engineer on a new product.

- Personal projects, such as self-built AI tools or shipped products, that demonstrate initiative.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
