Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering SMTS in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Transform, develop and support programmable infrastructure on public cloud. Employ deep knowledge of internal Salesforce infrastructure such as networking and storage as well as input from U.S.-based stakeholders to migrate this infrastructure to the public cloud. Provide end-to-end delivery of solutions with architecture, design, implementation, execution, release, and operational support. Provide internal customers with creative solutions to automate processes via configuration management, continuous integration and delivery, and other internal tools and applications.  Support internal Salesforce Service owners and teams in their migration journey to Public cloud. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce Einstein; (2) Force.com; (3) Heroku; (4) Chatter; (5) Salesforce 1 Mobile; (6) Analytics Cloud; (7) Mulesoft Anypoint; (8) SaaS; (9) AWS (2 years); (10) Jenkins pipelines (2 years); (11) Python or Java (2 years); (12) Terraform; (13) Kubernetes (K8s) or Docker; (14) Shell or Groovy scripting (2 years). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $155,605.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,605 to $236,500.
