The Role

We are looking for solutions engineers to help enterprises adopt and get value from Geordie, as they use our technology to understand and govern their AI agents.

Geordie is building category-defining tooling for agent visibility, governance, and risk. The ecosystem around us is moving fast, our customers are moving fast, and we work side by side with them to make sure they succeed. You will be a key member of the go to market team. Enabling prospect and customers to understand and utilise our technology - deeply understanding their environments, guiding them through deployment and integrations, and feeding their real-world challenges back into what we build.

What You'll Do

  • Own the technical success of customers, from first integration through to production deployment.

  • Work hands-on with customer IT/Security teams to integrate Geordie into their environments.

  • Run discovery and scoping conversations to understand customer architectures, risks, and goals.

  • Running pre-sales engagments along with an AE

  • Build demos, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations that show what is possible.

  • Triage and resolve technical issues quickly, keeping customers unblocked.

  • Surface patterns and gaps from customer engagements to inform product direction.

  • Contribute to documentation, integration guides, and tooling that help customers self-serve.

What We're Looking For

The most important thing in this role is genuine care for customer outcomes. You are energised by helping customers succeed, and you take ownership of seeing things through — not just to the end of a call, but to the point where something is actually working in production.

You are a clear communicator who can translate between engineering teams and business stakeholders without losing accuracy.

You are able to demonstrate the value of our technology beyond explaining features and functionaility.

You enjoy working closely with both customers, account executives, and internal engineers. You are comfortable thinking out loud, comfortable being wrong in front of other people, and comfortable operating without a complete playbook.

You are continually learning — about the AI agent ecosystem, about security and governance, and about how enterprises actually run. You give feedback freely and kindly, and receive feedback gratefully.

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical ability; in security, AI, integrations and can work with agents to solve problems.

  • Strong communication skills, including running technical discovery and presenting to mixed audiences.

  • Understanding of enterprise software architectures, APIs, and common integration patterns.

  • Understanding of secure software development practices.

  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving processes and tooling.

  • Experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer relations role.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with AI agents, workflow orchestration, or operational automation using modern AI tooling.

  • Experience working in high-growth startups.

  • Security experience, either as a practitioner or within SE type roles.

  • Coding ability

Why This Role

AI agents are changing how companies operate, and the question of how to govern them safely is only going to grow. Geordie is building the platform enterprises rely on to answer that question.

You will be joining a fast growing company on the fore front of AI, with an experience and focused team you can learn from. You will be helping organisation make sense of AI agents, enabling them to grow and protect their businesses.

Our Values

Solve What Matters

We listen intently and stay focused on what truly matters to our customers. If it doesn't help them navigate real-world agentic adoption and risk, it's probably not worth building.

Build, Learn, Iterate

We favour momentum over perfection - testing, learning, and evolving through action. It's how we move fast and get better, together.

Kind, Not Comfortable

We're honest, respectful, and unafraid to challenge each other. We believe doing great work should feel good, too. Kindness makes that possible.

A Platform for Your Best Work

We want this to be the most meaningful chapter of your career. Geordie is the place where you grow, lead and lift others, while building something that truly matters.
