The Company

Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation, creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.

This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special, a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your Team

Our Strike Team takes on important work that crosses department boundaries. The focus is practical: simplify how the business runs, build better systems, and turn improvements into routines that department teams can sustain. Current opportunities include frontline processes, work coordination, and technology adoption.

Your Role

Move important improvements from a loosely defined problem to a working result. As Special Projects Lead, you will clarify what needs to change, decide what matters most, bring the right people together, and carry projects through implementation and handoff.

You will work across operational and technical teams, using AI and automation to reduce coordination work rather than adding layers of administration. The opportunity is to shape how projects get delivered while making visible improvements to the way our teams serve guests and run the business.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, intended outcomes, owners, and completion criteria with the people closest to the problem.

  • Prioritize cross-functional initiatives by guest impact, operating efficiency, and business value.

  • Build clear project plans and coordinate the people and dependencies needed to deliver them.

  • Use AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual project tracking and follow-up.

  • Identify blockers early, resolve tradeoffs, and keep decision-makers informed.

  • Work with department teams to simplify processes before adding tools or automations.

  • Lead implementation, user adoption, and handoff so completed projects continue working without daily project-team support.

  • Capture results and lessons in reusable SOPs, templates, and operating practices.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.

  • A portfolio of projects you personally scoped, coordinated, and delivered.

  • Hands-on experience using AI or automation in project workflows.

  • Experience delivering projects directly with founders or executive leaders.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in hospitality, guest experience, or other frontline service operations.

  • Experience in a founder's office, chief-of-staff function, or special-projects team.

  • Experience building ClickUp workflows and automations, or comparable enterprise work-management systems.

  • Experience leading a small team and supporting operational adoption after launch.
