Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and contribute growth of our spot trading market share, by identifying product opportunities/innovation and enhancement
- Strategy Planning: Strong understanding for the industry and retail users, systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with relevant key stakeholders
- KPI Definition and Tracking: Strong data analysis skill, can derive key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs
- Product and Tool Optimization: Drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related BUs to achieve the best result for both Spot trading/active users and other units
Requirements
- 3-5 year(s) of relevant experience in financial/crypto industry focusing on retail growth aspects of product or services
- Have understanding and appreciation of blockchain and broader web3 landscape
- Ability to engage community (where appropriate) to gather feedback and drive changes to further strengthen spot active user n volume growth
- Have experience working with product and tech to deliver new features in past roles
- Be able to work independently under minimal supervision to overcome challenges and also provide guidance to team members
- Have clear, logical thinking, leveraging data to provide solutions
- Good critical thinking, great communication skills, highly driven and a quick-learner
