About the RoleResponsible for selling Canon hardware and software technology-based solutions to Commercial Printers, graphic houses, and fulfillment companies in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area Your Impact- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate assigned accounts and identify key decision makers. - Drive new business opportunities and place Canon equipment, Software, and 3rd Party solutions in new and existing accounts. - Identify customer requirements, competitive activity, and market trends, and communicate findings to management. - Develop territory and account plans that address both short and long-term customer needs. - Provide ongoing marketing, technical, and administrative support to ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction. - Position Canon production print technology, services, software, and 3rd Party solutions to meet customer requirements. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term partnerships and account growth. - Generate new market share through strategic prospecting and effective use of available resources. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring - 5+ years of commercial print experience - Direct experience selling into commercial printers, direct mail or graphic arts environments - Strong understanding of production print workflows (prepress, color, finishing, production output) - Experience with production devices (mono/color, sheetfed and/or roll-fed, toner and inkjet) - Experience with and knowledge of 3rd Party Finishing Devices such as Plockmatic/Morgana, Duplo, CP Bourg, etc - Proven track record of success managing complex, high-value sales cycles. About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringPreferred Experience - Toner based Production devices including Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and inkjet devices such as those provided by HP Indigo, Fujifilm, Screen, etc. - Workflow tools such as Fiery, PRISMA and Make Ready Software solutions - Experience working with Commercial Print environments - Background in consultative / workflow-based selling in production print Additional Requirements - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently in a field-based territory role - Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office - Ability to travel within assigned territory (occasional overnight travel required) - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record   We are providing the anticipated annual base salary range for this role of $60k - $80k, with additional incentive compensation, at 100% of plan, of approximately $75,000+ annually. This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
