About the role and team

As a Sr. Account Executive within our Strategic Enterprise segment, you will act as the primary relationship orchestrator for our largest restaurant partners. This isn't a traditional account management role; it’s a high-stakes sales position where 70% of your energy is focused on driving new revenue through complex upselling and cross-selling, while 30% ensures operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor, using data-driven narratives to influence C-suite executives and expand Uber’s footprint across their organizations.

The environment is fast-paced and demands a "go-get-it" attitude to thrive amidst shifting market dynamics and high growth targets. You’ll need to navigate internal and external complexity with grit and curiosity, building long-term partnerships while maintaining a relentless focus on expansion. This role is for those who are energised by the challenge of turning ambiguous client needs into scalable business solutions and who take deep ownership of their book of business.

What you’ll do

  • Take full ownership of an assigned enterprise book of business, driving aggressive sales growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for each account to uncover evolving business objectives and deliver tailored solutions that drive step-change investment.
  • Lead complex sales presentations and contract negotiations, ensuring solutions meet client needs while maximizing revenue and securing long-term partner commitment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives, positioning Uber as a critical partner for their ongoing success.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to resolve blockers and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, staying resilient through long negotiation cycles and the inevitable challenges of enterprise-scale deals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven experience in a sales-focused role such as Enterprise Account Executive, Client Partner, or Sales Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and earn trust with senior  executives up to the c-suite.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate data and industry trends into actionable business growth.
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth within a closed book of business specifically through upselling and managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in negotiating and/or renegotiating complex agreements with the ability to close deals efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience working within a tech marketplace or the restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
