Business & Requirements Analysis 

  • Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation. 
  • Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization. 

Project & Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments. 
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and expectations in an Agile or hybrid project environment. 
  • Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and decision-making sessions. 

Data & Process Analysis 

  • Perform detailed data analysis to support recommendations and validate assumptions. 
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure performance and outcomes. 
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to address operational challenges and improve efficiencies. 

Solution Design & Delivery 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to ensure thorough understanding and implementation of requirements. 
  • Support testing activities including test case development, UAT coordination, and validation of deliverables. 
  • Ensure solutions meet business goals, compliance requirements, and quality standards. 

Documentation & Communication 

  • Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive process documentation, requirements specifications, and release notes. 
  • Communicate insights and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Present findings, recommendations, and strategic analysis to leadership teams. 

Qualifications Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst. 
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping (e.g., BPMN), and workflow analysis. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau). 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. 

Preferred 

  • Knowledge of API concepts, system integrations, and technical documentation. 
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master. 
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Asana.
    Compensation, Benefits and Duration
    Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
    Maximum Compensation: USD 161,000
    Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
    Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
    This position is available for independent contractors
