We are shaping the future of work itself.

About the Role
We are looking for a senior partnership leader to build and own Skan's Consulting and Advisory partner ecosystem — including MBB and other top-tier strategy firms, along with boutique and regional advisory practices. This is a strategic and commercial leadership role: you will define the partner strategy, carry an attributed-ARR quota, and be the person who gets Skan positioned inside the transformation roadmaps, technology assessments, and operating model reviews these firms write for their clients.
This role is built around that reality. You will co-develop points of view and research with partner firms, secure Skan as the technology they recommend to their clients, and build the kind of trusted, senior-level relationships with partner practice leads that translate into being named, recommended, and introduced into their clients’ transformation agenda.
The ideal candidate has built and led a consulting/advisory partner ecosystem at a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS or Agentic company, has direct experience working with or inside a top-tier strategy or advisory firm, and is comfortable operating at the partner firm's senior/partner level.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Advisory Influence
  • Co-develop joint points of view, research, and frameworks with partner firms' practice leads that position Skan inside their published thinking on AI adoption, operating model transformation, and agentic automation.
  • Secure Skan a seat in client workshops, technology assessments, and operating model reviews where partner firms are advising clients on transformation strategy.
  • Build presence at partner-hosted executive forums, client councils, and industry events to keep Skan top-of-mind with senior advisory stakeholders.
Consulting Partner Strategy & Relationship Management
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with MBB and other top-tier strategy firms, as well as boutique and regional advisory practices with BFSI, healthcare, and transformation practices.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner practice leaders and engagement partners — the people who shape client recommendations.
  • Develop joint business plans with each partner firm's practice leadership, refreshed regularly.
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
  • Carry attributed-ARR quota across consulting-sourced and consulting-influenced deal motions.
  • Manage deal registration, attribution, and co-sell pipeline in coordination with Skan's sales team.
  • Track influence-driven pipeline — deals where Skan was named or recommended in a partner's client-facing assessment or roadmap.
Joint Go-to-Market & Engagement
  • Design and execute joint GTM programs with partner firms, including co-branded research, thought-leadership content, and executive briefings.
  • Identify opportunities to be included in partner-led client engagements, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for cultivating new advisory relationships.
Internal Advocacy & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Educate and enable Skan's sales team on how, when, and why to engage consulting and advisory partners in deals, and how to leverage a partner's positioning to accelerate a sale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure partner motions are aligned with Skan's overall GTM strategy.
  • Partner with Skan's other Strategic Partner Lead(s) to ensure a consistent, non-overlapping partner ecosystem strategy.
Key Metrics for Success
  • Attributed ARR: Annually across consulting-sourced and consulting-influenced revenue.
  • Thought Leadership Output: Number of co-developed points of view, research pieces, or joint publications produced with partner firms per year.
  • Advisory-Influenced Pipeline: Dollar value of opportunities where Skan was named, recommended, or introduced via a partner's client-facing assessment or roadmap.
  • Executive & Workshop Access: Number of client workshops, technology assessments, or executive forums where Skan secured a seat through a partner relationship.
  • New Partner Relationships Cultivated: Number of new senior-level advisory relationships (practice leads, engagement partners) established and active per year.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10-12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS partnerships, with direct experience working with or inside a top-tier strategy or advisory firm (MBB or equivalent).
  • Proven track record building senior-level relationships with consulting practice leaders and translating them into client-facing influence and recommended-vendor status.
  • Deep understanding of how advisory and strategy firms build points of view, conduct technology assessments, and shape client transformation roadmaps.
  • Comfort operating at the partner firm's senior/partner level and representing Skan in boardroom and executive-forum settings.
  • Background at a category-defining enterprise SaaS or Agentic provider preferred.
  • Process intelligence, agentic AI, RPA, or automation domain experience strongly preferred.
Why Join Skan AI?
  • Be part of a category-creating company building the full agentic lifecycle.
  • Shape how the world's most influential advisory and strategy firms think and write about agentic AI and transformation.
  • Join a passionate, global team united by curiosity, integrity, and impact.
  • In-office and remote work mix with global exposure.
  • Competitive compensation and equity opportunities.
Benefits
  • 100% coverage of Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Short Term & Long-Term Disability
  • Work From Home
  • Stock Option Plan
