Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Product Management to lead our Digital Experience product portfolio, driving measurable business outcomes through customer-centric innovation.
This leader will be accountable for:
- Defining and executing product strategy aligned to company goals and OKRs
- Prioritizing initiatives that deliver against key business KPIs (conversion, revenue, retention, customer satisfaction)
- Building and scaling high-performing product teams
- Driving operational excellence and standardization across the product organization
- Drive adoption of experimentation and model-driven decisioning, using A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve performance of AI-enabled features
- Leading transformational change in how we discover, build, and deliver digital experiences
- You will operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership and a hands-on leader to your teams—ensuring we are solving the right problems for our customers while delivering meaningful business impact.
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Business Impact
- Define and evolve a clear, data-driven product strategy for the Digital Experience domain
- Align roadmaps to company OKRs and KPIs, ensuring measurable impact on growth and customer outcomes
- Drive prioritization frameworks that balance customer value, business impact, and technical investment
- Establish strong product discovery practices to ensure we are consistently working on the highest-value opportunities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Directors and Product Managers
- Build a high-performing, outcome-oriented product culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement
- Set clear expectations for product excellence, including discovery, delivery, and stakeholder communication
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, , Merchandising, Analytics, Marketing, and Category Management teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Serve as a key leader in enterprise prioritization and planning, ensuring alignment across business units
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on tradeoffs, investments, and sequencing
Operational Excellence & Standardization
- Establish and scale best-in-class product management practices, tools, and frameworks
- Drive consistency in how teams define success, measure outcomes, and communicate progress
- Improve organizational efficiency through clear processes, governance, and decision-making models
- Champion a data-informed and customer-obsessed culture across teams
Transformation & Change Leadership
- Lead organizational and product transformation initiatives to modernize how we build and deliver digital experiences
- Introduce and embed modern product operating models (e.g., empowered teams, continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmaps)
- Drive adoption of experimentation, analytics, and iterative delivery practices
- Inspire teams and stakeholders through change with clarity, vision, and execution discipline
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, digital, or related fields
- 10+ years leading and scaling high-performing product teams
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through digital products in an eCommerce or marketplace environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives
- Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation and operating model evolution
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes
- Expertise in prioritization, roadmap management, and KPI-driven decision making
- Deep experience with product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven development
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and results
