THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Sr Manager, Digital Program Management

Location: Florida (Hybrid) - candidates local to Tampa area preferred.

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Manager, Digital Program Management to join our Global Product & Technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading portfolio and program management practices, driving executive governance frameworks, and directly managing and coaching Program Management Office team members to ensure the successful delivery of our digital platform portfolios.

This position is part of our Global Product & Technology organization, where you will work closely with Program Team Members, Product Leaders, Engineering Leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and the Digital Executive team across all assigned portfolios.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • People Leadership: Direct, coach, and develop a team of Go-to-Market Program Managers and Release Train Engineers, managing performance, goal setting, and professional career growth.

  • Portfolio & Program Management: Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to define clear portfolio visions, construct execution roadmaps, and manage overall schedules to achieve business unit success measures.

  • Executive Governance & Reporting: Design, execute, and host executive reporting governance forums to align senior leadership and track strategic goals through defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Drive the implementation and measurement of Product Management methodologies and Go-to-Market program approaches, fostering an environment focused on regular, agile delivery enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12+ years of experience in a Program Manager role, with Portfolio Management experience highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of digital technology systems, supported by 10+ years of demonstrated proficiency in a digital technology industry role.

  • Proven managerial experience leading, developing, and accountability for the results of multiple related teams or professional staff.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or equivalent certification, with extensive experience in both waterfall and agile project management models.

  • Exceptional executive facilitation, strategic analytical, and cross-functional influencing skills with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is a plus.
