Who we are

Kentik is the network intelligence platform for modern infrastructure teams. Unlike traditional monitoring and observability tools, we demystify complex network operations, enabling organizations to deliver applications and innovation at scale. Built by network experts to make critical insight accessible to every engineer, Kentik is the real-time source of truth that understands every network in context — from data center to cloud to the internet. This single platform unifies and correlates cloud, device, flow, and synthetic data to turn telemetry into action. Market leaders like Akamai, Booking.com, Dropbox, and Zoom rely on Kentik to run, manage, and optimize their networks.

What we do

Kentik builds observability products for some of the most complex networks in the world. Our platform ingests high-volume network, flow, telemetry, and performance data and transforms it into actionable insights for engineering, operations, and business teams.

Kentik NMS extends our observability capabilities into network monitoring and management, providing deep visibility into device health, infrastructure performance, fault detection, and operational workflows across enterprise and service provider environments.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager for Kentik NMS, you will help drive the product roadmap and execution for our Network Management System capabilities. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that help customers monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

  • Independently prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments, while partnering closely with senior product leadership for alignment
  • Translate customer and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
  • Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver capabilities such as device monitoring, fault management, alerting, configuration visibility, and performance analytics
  • Engage regularly with customers, network operators, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback and validate product direction
  • Develop a deep understanding of network operations workflows, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
  • Use product data and customer insights to measure impact and guide continuous improvement
  • Support features through the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
