About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultative partner to hiring managers, anticipating and fulfilling Trace3’s talent needs. This role is key in driving the full-cycle recruitment process, with a strong focus on early talent identification, attracting high-caliber technical candidates, evaluating fit, and ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience. In close collaboration with leadership and the People & Organizational Health team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will design and execute a forward-thinking talent strategy—one that not only meets immediate hiring goals but also supports long-term business growth by bringing in emerging top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand vision and business objectives as it relates to Talent Acquisition, while influencing and executing recruiting strategies to support the talent needs of the company
  • Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process from start to finish including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool, and offer negotiation
  • Spend time with Regional and Business Unit Leaders to fully understand the business, the key talent needs, and the value proposition for prospective candidates
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques, understand, and leverage market conditions for targeted sources to prepare distinct and effective recruiting approaches to those markets
  • Own the role of workforce planning and forecasting consultant for the hiring teams
  • Provide consultative guidance and meaningful feedback from various touch points in the interview process to inform hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
  • Understand and anticipate current market trends specifically in the Information Technology field, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention
  • Provide and ensure an exceptional and one-of-a-kind candidate experience for all Trace3 candidates (FTE, W2PE, C2C, 1099)
  • Proactively generate a continual, diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates
  • Ensure data accuracy across recruiting systems, tools, and metrics, providing reliable reporting for Leadership, Finance, and other teams who rely on our data
  • Participate and support ancillary People and Organizational and Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; support M&A integration efforts as it relates to recruiting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Seven years of experience with a proven track record of high-volume in-house recruitment experience in the high-tech industry
  • Experience with technical recruiting for Modern Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Security, Cloud, and AI positions; Experience recruiting in the VAR space desirable
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Successful track record of filling a high volume of positions in a high growth environment
  • Must have significant knowledge of best hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, compensation, applicant tracking processes, and recruitment metrics
  • Skilled in using various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent pools) to identify and engage top talent
  • Understanding of labor laws and recruiting compliance standards
  • Solid and persuasive verbal, written, and consulting communication skills; ability to market the Trace3 value proposition with candidates and influence them to join the organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal, social and communication skills with strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility and create partnerships at all levels within the company
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong ability to operate independently
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
