What You’ll Do

Description of the Team
The Business Systems team at CoreWeave partners across Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to build and scale the systems that power our global data center footprint. We own the architecture, integrations, and data models that enable accurate tracking and lifecycle management of infrastructure assets across high-growth, high-volume environments.

About the role:
We are seeking a Staff Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve the systems supporting Data Center infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end systems landscape spanning asset capacity planning, inbound hardware visibility, receiving, deployment readiness, and lifecycle tracking. You will design and maintain integrations between upstream Supply Chain systems and downstream Data Center platforms, ensuring accurate, real-time representation of infrastructure assets. This is a hands-on role focused on architecture, systems ownership, and continuous improvement across critical operational platforms. You will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support rapid infrastructure growth.

  • Own the end-to-end business systems and solution architecture supporting the Data Center asset lifecycle across ERP, DCIM, CMDB, EAM, and related platforms
  • Define and evolve asset lifecycle processes from capacity planning through deployment and retirement
  • Design and optimize workflows supporting asset readiness, staging, configuration tracking, deployment status, and in-service visibility
  • Define and manage data models ensuring accurate asset identity, hierarchy, and system-of-record alignment
  • Build and maintain integrations and APIs across Supply Chain, Data Center, and Finance systems to enable automation and real-time visibility
  • Partner with Infrastructure, DC Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Drive system standardization and consolidation to support high-volume deployment environments
  • Define and manage the Data Center systems roadmap with a focus on scalability, reliability, and data integrity
  • Ensure systems support auditability, compliance, and traceability in partnership with Security and Compliance teams
  • Act as the technical owner for cross-system issues impacting asset data integrity and lifecycle flows
Who You Are
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with enterprise operational platforms such as DCIM (e.g., Sunbird), CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow), or similar systems
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems that support full asset lifecycle management (procure → build → deploy → maintain → retire)
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations across ERP, inventory, logistics, and infrastructure platforms
  • Strong understanding of asset hierarchy modeling, infrastructure topology, and system-of-record design
  • Experience supporting high-scale infrastructure environments, including hardware manufacturing, assembly, or data center operations
  • Ability to define scalable system architectures and data models in complex, distributed environments
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site data center environments
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure auditability, compliance, and traceability of infrastructure assets
Preferred
  • Experience working in high-growth or rapidly scaling infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with asset capacity planning, WIP tracking, and inventory lifecycle systems
  • Experience driving system consolidation and standardization across multiple platforms
  • Exposure to financial systems or accounting workflows related to asset tracking
