Lead vision, roadmap, discovery, and execution for Loop's agentic products (starting with agentic BI). Own adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue; run discovery, prioritize ruthlessly, drive UX and engineering, prototype with AI coding agents, and collaborate with leadership and customers to scale agent-driven software.

About Loop: Loop is an agentic AI platform for the back office of the real economy. Founded in 2022, we're trusted by 300+ brands powering thousands of locations across the US, backed by a $14M Series A led by Nyca Partners, with teams in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bengaluru.

We're built by a world-class team. Several of us are ex-founders who scaled our own companies to multiple millions in ARR before joining hands at Loop to execute on a bigger shared vision — alongside operators and AI engineers from Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey.

We believe agentic products are the future of the software–human interface, and restaurants were only the beginning. Flat hierarchy, lean high-impact team, radical ownership, no bureaucracy — this is your chance to help steer the rocketship.

About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, discovery, and vision for Loop's agentic products — and help define what the next generation of agent-driven software looks like.

You'll start with our flagship agentic BI product, leading its expansion from restaurants into a horizontal platform for every industry. But we won't cap you there — over time, you could set strategy across most of our agentic portfolio.

This role sits alongside leadership. One day you're aligning with the CRO on revenue projections and pressure-testing the market thesis with the leadership team; the next you're pair-building a new agent flow with an engineer and putting a working prototype in front of a design partner by end of day. If you want to build category-defining products with real executive air cover and no ceiling on your impact, this is the seat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own Loop's agentic product strategy — roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision — starting with agentic BI and expanding across the portfolio.
  • Be accountable for outcomes: adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue.
  • Run world-class discovery and prioritize ruthlessly — decide what we build, and what we don't.
  • Own the product experience end to end. Drive UX and design decisions, and shape how we staff design and engineering against the roadmap.
  • Zoom in, zoom out — from market sizing, pricing, and sales projections to writing specs, testing releases, and fixing bugs with AI coding agents.
  • Ship fast with engineering; use AI coding agents to prototype, validate, and unblock — writing code yourself when it helps.
  • Set the bar for what "agentic" means at Loop — how our products reason, act, and earn trust.

Experience / Who You Are:

    • 6–10+ years in product, including staff-level impact.
    • A track record of taking a product from early traction to real scale, with a clear entrepreneurial streak — ideally built at fast-growing AI-product companies (or you've scaled one yourself).
    • Deep, hands-on AI fluency. A point of view on where agent-driven software is heading, and able to build with AI coding agents — comfortable enough in a codebase to prototype, test releases, and fix bugs.
    • Exceptional at discovery, roadmapping, and ruthless prioritization, with the range to move from strategy to execution.
    • Can engage customers across the spectrum — from hands-on users to C-level decision-makers — and hold your own with company leadership.
    • Enterprising, ambitious, hard-working, and creative. You default to ownership and move fast.
    • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site).
    •

Nice to Have:

    • Experience building agentic or AI-native products that reason and act — not just surface information.
    • Experience taking a product horizontal, or launching multiple product lines.
    • A background blending product with engineering, data science, consulting, or founding.
    • Familiarity with analytics / BI, or the restaurant & retail back office.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
