The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and guide complex sales cycles from first outreach through signed contract. Work alongside company leadership and technical colleagues on high-value deals while helping turn an informal sales approach into a repeatable process.
What you'll do
- Manage a book of named enterprise accounts, moving each opportunity from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
- Lead sales cycles that involve many stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, procurement, security and legal.
- Run a structured trial or pilot process that carries deals to close over several months.
- Partner with the founders, product colleagues and engineers on strategic opportunities as one of the first sales hires.
- Prepare business cases that connect the offering to efficiency and financial gains and win senior executive support.
- Help formalize a founder-led sales approach into a repeatable process, with the option to hire and grow a sales team later or stay an individual contributor.
- Forecast and manage pipeline accurately to close large six- and seven-figure contracts and grow revenue.
