You will be responsible for assembling, aligning and coordinating individual associates and teams into cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives from design to execution, including the final transition of these strategic initiatives into BAU functions (e.g., sales, product, business operations) once initiatives reach maturity.  You will effectively leverage inter-departmental relationships to maximize CG’s enterprise model and influence strategic and operational decision-making through a combination of information, analysis and experience. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of NACG to effectively prepare for all internal/external speaking opportunities and CG executive governance forums.

Day to day, you will:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of NACG’s strategic plan while staying informed about the external marketplace to identify potential strategic initiatives.

  • Effectively navigate organizational structures to build consensus and advance initiatives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to unite internal teams across the enterprise to foster synergy and drive innovative solutions.

As needed, adjust strategic initiative design, priorities, and operating model to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Support the Head of NACG in preparing for effective participation in key CG executive governance forums, including for example CG Board meetings, semi-annual business reviews, town halls, national sales meetings, and client conferences.
