Company Description

As the leader in Digital Employee Experience, Nexthink gives enterprises real-time visibility into how employees experience technology across devices, applications, networks, and digital workflows. Our platform helps IT teams move from reactive support to proactive, automated experience management: seeing issues, diagnosing root causes, fixing problems at scale, and increasingly using AI to deliver faster, more intelligent outcomes for employees. Nexthink describes its platform as a unified DEX data and automation layer with AI-powered IT agents and Spark, built to help teams decide, design, automate, and resolve employee issues instantly.

This is a rare opportunity to sell into a market that is still expanding, highly relevant to every CIO, and increasingly central to how enterprises think about productivity, AI adoption, employee experience, and operational efficiency. Nexthink has been recognized as a category creator and global leader in DEX, with recent investment activity valuing the company at $3 billion.

Job Description

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help originate, structure, and scale the partnerships that extend Nexthink's reach with other software companies (ISVs). This will be an individual contributor, partner-facing role: you'll be on the road at large conferences, representing Nexthink at joint announcements, press briefings, and events. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to structure, launch, and scale partnerships. We are looking for people with the ambition, judgment, and interpersonal skill to own ambiguous, cross-functional problems – and the comfort to hold your own in a room with partner executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the Nexthink Ecosystem and help Identify strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in defining key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for each ISV partner.
  • Partner with Legal on contracting and deal structuring, with Engineering on technical integration scope, and with Marketing on joint go-to-market and launch plans.
  • Work on joint announcements, press briefings, and co-marketing moments tied to partner launches.
  • Build relationships across the wider software ecosystem – from business development counterparts to technical and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate on business reviews to track partnership health, progress against goals, and expansion opportunities, and build the business case for new and expanded alliances.
  • Travel to major partner conferences and industry events regularly to build and maintain partner relationships in person.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in partnership business development, strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Commercially minded, capable of originating partnership opportunities; previous experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with PR and launch work: joint announcements, press briefings, and event presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to hold a confident conversation with partner executives and present externally.
  • Ambitious and hands-on – comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems from first analysis through to launch.
  • Former consultants, bankers, and MBA graduates: this is a direct path into a commercial, deal-facing role in high-growth software, with visibility to senior leadership and partner executives.
  • Based in Boston (this role is not remote), with regular travel to partner conferences and events.
