The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own client-facing project delivery from kickoff to completion, coordinating groups of subject-matter specialists and partnering with internal colleagues. This is an early, high-ownership position that also supports broader operational priorities across the business.
What you'll do
- Partner with external clients to deliver specialized data projects that contribute to revenue.
- Lead and coordinate teams of domain specialists across areas such as finance, engineering and science.
- Work with internal teams on research initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives as an early hire.
- Support operational work across the organization.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a demanding, deadline-driven environment such as consulting, finance or an early-stage company.
- Solid knowledge of the healthcare field, gained through clinical, research or operational work.
- A degree in medicine, pharmacy or a related health science.
- A degree from a highly regarded university, unless your track record is exceptional.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- High agency and a record of owning projects end-to-end under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work long hours when needed.
- Ability to work in the office five days a week, with a half day or remote work on Sundays.
