The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own client-facing projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating teams of subject-matter experts and working with internal colleagues. This is an early-hire role that also drives company-wide initiatives and supports day-to-day operations.

- Lead and coordinate teams of experts from a range of fields, such as finance, software engineering and science.
- Work with internal teams to support research efforts.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across the company as an early team member.
- Support a variety of operational projects as needs arise.

- A self-directed style, with the initiative to take a project from start to finish without close supervision.
- Track record of delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
- Degree from a top-tier US, Canadian or European university, unless your experience is standout.
- Willingness to work long hours when needed, including 60+ hours per week at times.
- Willingness to work five days a week in the office, with a half day or remote work on Sundays.
