Why You'll Love This Role

Are you ready to architect and systematize the commercialization strategy for one of the fastest-growing tech companies? At Cribl, we are transforming from a flagship-product company into a multi-product powerhouse. As the Senior Manager, you will own the commercial lifecycle of our new products and features, including those we’ve added through acquisition. You will operate at the intersection of Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, bridging the gap between product innovation and market success.

You will partner directly with executive leadership to operationalize pricing models, lead our commercialization (i.e., New Product Introduction) process, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale. This is a high-impact, executive-facing role for a technical strategist who thrives on ambiguity, builds order from chaos, and is passionate about driving go-to-market motions that scale. If you are eager to contribute to a company poised for generational success, we want to hear from you.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

  • Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): Own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking amidst a rapidly changing market and software landscape. Managing each launch program and all the cross-functional partners.
  • Executive Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to Cribl’s executive team (eStaff) on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health. Synthesize complex market and product data into actionable executive insights.
  • Transform with AI: Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams that are shipping more than ever. Rethink systems and remove bottlenecks all while still enabling the field for success.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics for commercialization (e.g., adoption rates, ARR contribution, customer sentiment), set up tracking across systems, and run post-launch retrospectives to continuously refine our commercial motion.
  • Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: Partner with Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders to drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions, ensuring rigorous evaluation of target go-to-market motions and synergy assumptions. Orchestrate post-close integration efforts, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute seamless brand and platform consolidation.

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • Experience: 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies. Preferably companies in the data or security space.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholders
  • GTM Expertise: Experience bridging functions in bringing products successfully to GTM organizations, knowing what issues to anticipate and areas to watch
  • IT and Security Market Knowledge: Familiar with products, pricing structure, and capabilities of products in the IT and Security data space
  • Strategic Planning & Flexibility: Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective program management skills, with ability to organize and manage multiple company-wide initiatives in parallel while also balancing changing priorities and macro-environment shifts
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Leverage functional empathy to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand diverse perspectives, and align on shared objectives to achieve results
  • Bonus Points / Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (i.e., Series E+) and / or early public B2B SaaS companies (e.g., 3-5k employees)
    • Proven leverage deploying AI / agents to fundamentally shift processes / workflows
