Who we areAbout Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

One of the company's most important strategic priorities is to build great products and experiences for Enterprises—and we are at an inflection point in the growth of our Enterprise business, with significant momentum.

The Enterprise team is responsible for ensuring all of Stripe's products and services best fit the unique needs of global, modernizing enterprises. Our Enterprise Product extends beyond our APIs and dashboards—to Enterprise executive engagement, our perception in the market, our partner ecosystem, how we collaborate with our users to bring them live, and our users' day-to-day interactions with our GTM and support teams—they're all part of the Product experience for these users.

We focus on expanding and innovating on Stripe's platform in ways that help the largest and most complex customers run their businesses. Our work is highly cross-functional—partnering with almost every other team at Stripe—to execute on the priorities that matter most to Enterprises and ensure that they are successful on Stripe.

What you'll do

As a member of the Enterprise Strategy and Operations team, you'll build the infrastructure, processes, and organizational muscle to help our Enterprise business scale:

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams (e.g., product teams, marketing, sales, support) to achieve the goals of the Enterprise Engine Catalyst. You'll need to objectively evaluate teams' competing priorities and align stakeholders on the optimal solution for Stripe and our users
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, develop new operating models, and incubate new programs
  • Establish new operating models in collaboration with key cross-functional teams, focusing on roadmap development and context alignment
  • Coordinate annual and long-range planning efforts across teams contributing to the Enterprise segment, and drive alignment with partner teams to ensure a cohesive approach to planning
  • Drive projects, timelines, and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles at technology companies, including highly cross-functional work spanning strategy, product, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and first-principles thinking (e.g., ability to question how we work rather than simply executing), and the ability to zoom out to the most important questions
  • Strong program management skills with experience managing end-to-end execution of projects and programs that have transformed their company's operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to speak to leaders across different teams, such as partnerships, product, engineering, and sales
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in influence without authority environments, execute with minimal guidance, and operate in contexts with a high degree of ambiguity
Preferred qualifications
  • Payments ecosystem or Enterprise software experience
  • Ability to build trust and partner with senior leaders
  • Ability to extract the key themes and learnings from a program and build business and investment cases based on these insights
  • Comfort with SQL or constructing dashboards and structuring advanced data analysis to measure program success
  • Ability to understand the implications of Stripe ships such as product features, policy changes, and marketing outreach on the user experience and resulting support experience
