Together, we won’t stop!

Get hands-on experience, training—and a leg up on a bright future.

T-Mobile didn’t become a leader by following the playbook. We got here by breaking it. We’re a disruptor that now plays on a higher tier, and we’re still raising the bar for millions of customers nationwide. If you want to work somewhere that sets the standard instead of matching it, this is your place.
This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you’ll do real work, not busywork. What It’s Like

Our engineering team builds and maintains the technology behind digital out-of-home advertising. We connect advertisers with media owners and help campaigns get planned, purchased, and delivered at scale. We’re small enough that your work gets seen and big enough that it matters. A typical week mixes building features, reviewing code with teammates, joining technical discussions, and checking in with product and QA. Collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning set the pace.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and improve software used in real advertising workflows. Your projects will span frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll help solve complex technical and business challenges, with the chance to own features and see your work reach production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and maintain features across frontend applications and backend services
  • Partner with engineers, product managers, and QA to turn requirements into working solutions
  • Contribute to code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical discussions

  • Apply engineering best practices, development tools, and modern technologies

What It Takes

  • Foundational knowledge of programming concepts, data structures, and software development principles
  • Experience with at least one language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with web development, REST APIs, SQL, Git, or AWS is a plus
  • Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to learn new technologies
  • Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and the initiative to take ownership
  • No prior internship needed. Academic, personal, and open-source projects count

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
  • Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post internship
