This Program Manager role sits at the center of that journey, orchestrating a portfolio of process‑layer and workflow orchestration initiatives that collectively deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation, this role brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross‑functional programs that span business process design, technology delivery, data readiness, and change adoption.
How you will make an impact:
  • Orchestrate a portfolio of process‑layer and workflow initiatives aligned to the Supply Chain transformation roadmap
  • Establish integrated program plans that connect scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resourcing across multiple workstreams
  • Proactively manage interdependencies across process design, workflow implementation, data enablement, information technology delivery, and change adoption
  • Provide clear program‑level visibility into progress, risks, trade‑offs, and decision points for senior leaders
  • Enable faster execution without loss of coherence by balancing delivery pace, architectural integrity, and adoption capacity
  • Track and communicate value realization, linking delivery progress to operational outcomes such as cycle‑time reduction and automation enablement
  • Strengthen delivery discipline and predictability in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment
The must haves:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross‑functional environments
  • Experience supporting process transformation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi‑workstream programs that combine business process change and technology delivery
  • Strong program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation capabilities at a portfolio level
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining execution discipline
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive‑ready status reporting
  • Structured, analytical, and outcomes‑driven approach with attention to both detail and end‑to‑end program impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Nice to haves:
  • Exposure to business process management or workflow orchestration platforms such as Pegasystems (Pega), ServiceNow, Appian, or Camunda
  • Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, or operations organizations
  • Familiarity with process‑centric delivery principles such as clean‑core architectures and scalable workflow design
  • Experience contributing to delivery governance models and continuous improvement of program management practices
  • Program or project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), PRINCE2, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
