  • Supplier & Production Coordination: Work with contract manufacturers and component suppliers to support build schedules, production execution, and material readiness, escalating risks as needed.
  • Cost & Commercial Support: Support cost tracking, quoting activities, and cost-reductio initiatives across NPI and sustaining products.
  • Supply Chain Data & Analysis: Analyze data related to inventory, delivery performance, cost, and supplier metrics; prepare reports and insights to support operational and leadership decision-making.
  • Material Risk & Shortage Mitigation: Help identify potential material constraints and support mitigation efforts, including pull-ins, alternate sourcing, and spot buys.
  • Process & Tool Improvement: Maintain and improve supply chain tools, trackers, and systems, and contribute to process improvements as Level continues to scale.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with BOMs, part data, or change control processes in a manufacturing or product development environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; comfort working with structured datasets and trackers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work across time zones and with international partners
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
