  • Create and maintain golden images and configure FSLogix profile containers.
  • Configure and optimize user profiles; migrate VHD profiles between storage tiers as required.
  • Monitor AVD Insights to track performance, resolve connectivity issues, and manage cost-effective auto-scaling.

Endpoint Management (Intune & Autopilot)

  • Enroll and configure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Deploy and manage devices through Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
  • Package, deploy, and update Win32, Line-of-Business (LOB), and store applications.
  • Maintain accurate device and application inventory within Intune and stay current on new Intune features.

Patching & Vulnerability Remediation

  • Manage the end-to-end workstation patching lifecycle, including evaluation, testing, deployment, and validation, through monthly patch cycles aligned with industry-standard update schedules.
  • Ensure workstation security updates are deployed within organizational policy timelines, and coordinate emergency patching for critical and zero-day vulnerabilities using Intune and other centralized endpoint management tools.

Travel Applications, GDS & Integrations

  • Monitor TRAMS/CB servers and support RDS environments for availability and performance.
  • Manage scheduled jobs including GDS imports, backups, and synchronizations; troubleshoot failed bookings, scripts, and sync issues with high urgency given direct business impact.
  • Coordinate with GDS vendors and Tres on incidents, enhancements, and integrations; patch and maintain the underlying operating systems and middleware.
  • Provide application support for business-critical travel platforms, tuning application configuration to improve stability and performance.
  • Support and troubleshoot travel platform API integrations (e.g., Sabre SOAP/REST APIs, Amadeus web services, Travelport/Galileo), resolving data exchange issues between systems.

Identity & Print Services

  • Maintain the ADManager Plus (ADMP) platform, including patches and version updates, and manage delegation templates that support self-service.
  • Manage the enterprise print environment end-to-end: monitor guest print queues and submissions, validate job code generation and release, and troubleshoot file format and conversion issues.
  • Ensure print service continuity by managing uniFLOW uptime, confirming job persistence across maintenance windows, and partnering with the print vendor to resolve escalations, drive upgrades, and address recurring failure trends.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a strong foundation in systems administration, networking, and IT service delivery.
  • 6+ years’ experience in systems administration and endpoint management, supporting business-critical applications and infrastructure at the enterprise level.
