Samba connects the advertising industry. Today, a trillion dollars of media flows through platforms that don’t talk to each other, and each one measures its own results. We built the independent alternative: consented first-party data and AI that give the world’s biggest advertisers, publishers, and platforms one clear view across all of it.
The next era of advertising will run on AI agents, and those agents will need data they can trust. We’re building that foundation, and the agents that act on it. Join us and help build what the industry runs on.
You run full-cycle recruiting across corporate and technology roles: source, screen, close. You sit with hiring managers before the requisition opens, own the candidate experience start to finish, and are often the first real conversation someone has with Samba. We are still writing our recruiting playbook, and you will help write it.
- Run Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles (general and administrative, Marketing) and technology roles (Engineering, Product), sourcing your own pipeline instead of waiting for it to land in your inbox.
- Partner With Hiring Managers: Sit with hiring managers before the requisition opens to define the role, build the scorecard, and set the interview loop.
- Deliver Diverse Slates: Put together a diverse, qualified slate every time, trusting the strongest candidate to win on merit.
- Own the Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience start to finish, including prep, communication, timelines, and feedback.
- Build the Employer Brand: Get out from behind the desk: show up at industry events, build relationships before you need them, and put a face on our employer brand.
- Keep the ATS Clean: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) clean, with accurate stages, notes, and dispositions, because bad pipeline data leads everyone downstream to bad calls.
- Own Funnel Numbers: Use AI for sourcing, rubric-based screening, outreach, and reporting, and own your funnel numbers (time to hire, source effectiveness, pass-through, offer-accept), with a point of view on what to fix.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting.
- Process-oriented: you work from a plan, you document, and you never let a candidate or hiring manager go quiet, including when a search gets hard.
- Fluent with an ATS and already building AI into your recruiting work, or fast enough to pick it up; our Talent team builds sourcing searches, screening rubrics, and reporting this way.
- Genuinely into the market: you want to be at the events, meeting people, and building a network you can pull from later.
- Direct and organized under load: you can tell a hiring manager the pipeline isn't there yet, with a plan, and you hit your dates across multiple open requisitions.
- Comfortable moving fast in a company without a playbook for everything yet, and eager to help write it; you see this as building a company, not staffing.
- Lever and Gem or a comparable ATS and sourcing stack; recruiting experience in adtech, media, streaming, or data; having built or improved a recruiting process; and employer branding, campus, or events experience.
