STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be supporting our West PM/CM group and is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in one of the following STV offices: Bellevue, WA, Portland, OR, or Irvine, CA, Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for a variety of positions

  • Collaborate to open positions as needed

  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing

  • Sources and identifies qualified candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Collaborates with HRBP team and hiring managers 

  • Develops new hire compensation package/offers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience  

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience

  • Recruiting experience within the AEC industry is required, specifically within PM/CM-Construction

  • Must have experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload of 10-15+ hires per month

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills

  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever-changing critical needs

  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking Systems would be a big plus

  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance

Compensation Range:

$102,094.36 - $116,679.27
