This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Engineering Recruiter to build the technical teams behind Rogo’s AI-native products for finance. As part of our founding San Francisco team, you’ll partner directly with our CTO and SF-based engineering leaders to grow the office and hire the engineers who will shape our next phase of growth.

You’ll own critical technical searches end-to-end and serve as a strategic partner to engineering leadership—shaping hiring priorities, defining what great looks like, and turning ambitious growth plans into exceptional hires. This is a hands-on opportunity to build both a team and the recruiting practices that support it.

What You Will Own
  • Build our SF engineering team: Partner closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, shape roles, and build the technical talent foundation of our San Francisco office.

  • Own critical technical searches: Drive full-cycle recruiting across engineering disciplines, from search strategy and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.

  • Find and engage exceptional engineers: Map talent markets, build targeted pipelines, and develop relationships with engineers who aren’t actively looking. Craft outreach that connects their interests to the technical problems we’re solving.

  • Advise engineering leadership: Bring market intelligence and pipeline insights to hiring decisions. Challenge assumptions, calibrate candidate profiles, and help leaders navigate tradeoffs.

  • Build a rigorous interview process: Partner with interviewers to design assessments that reveal technical ability, judgment, and ownership. Drive clear feedback and timely decisions while maintaining a high bar.

  • Close competitive candidates: Understand what matters to each candidate and partner with leadership to build a compelling case for joining Rogo.

  • Strengthen our engineering presence: Build relationships in the SF technical community and help engineering leaders tell Rogo’s story through networks, events, and candidate conversations.

  • Improve how we hire: Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve results. Manage agency partners where needed and deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience throughout.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring exceptional engineers for high-growth technology companies

  • Experience owning complex technical searches and closing candidates with competitive offers

  • The credibility and judgment to advise senior engineering leaders and influence hiring decisions

  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand engineering teams, skill sets, and candidate motivations

  • Creative sourcing skills and a track record of building relationships with passive technical talent

  • High ownership, strong execution, and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous hiring needs

  • A disciplined, data-informed approach to managing multiple searches

  • Excitement about building our SF office alongside the engineering leaders and teams based there

  • Experience recruiting in the Bay Area; AI/ML hiring experience is a plus

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
