About Sage Haus

At Sage Haus, we empower busy parents to reclaim their time and energy by connecting them with the right household support — house managers, family assistants, and meal prep chefs. We're passionate about lightening the mental load of parenthood and showing families that outsourcing is both attainable and approachable.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-centered Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our hiring services team. This is a candidate-facing role — you are the first point of contact for the talented individuals who make our placements possible, and you take that responsibility seriously.

You'll own a designated geographic territory, proactively building and maintaining a strong bench of qualified household candidates. You'll work closely with your Regional Manager and partner with a team of Hiring Services Specialists in your region to deliver thoroughly vetted, top-tier talent for active family searches.

This role is not client-facing. Your focus is entirely on the candidate side of the equation — finding great people, assessing their fit, and moving them efficiently through the pipeline.

Who We're Looking For

You are:

  • Mission-aligned — you believe in what Sage Haus is building and understand the value of exceptional household support
  • Organized and calendar-savvy — you can manage a high volume of outreach, interviews, and follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks
  • A strong communicator — clear, warm, and professional in every candidate interaction
  • An experienced evaluator — you have a sharp eye for what makes a strong candidate and can conduct interviews that surface the right information
  • Self-directed — you don't need constant oversight to stay productive and moving
  • Ideally, someone who has been in the role — firsthand experience as a house manager or family assistant is a significant plus; you know the work, which means you know what great looks like

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Own a designated geographic territory and proactively build candidate supply in that market
  • Partner with regional leadership to warm candidate pipeline for upcoming kickoffs
  • Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage active job boards
  • Conduct research to identify and source qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Maintain a warm bench of top talent in your territory, even when no active search is open

Screening & Vetting

  • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates with strong potential
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, work style, and alignment with household roles
  • Use sound judgment to evaluate candidates holistically — not just on paper
  • Document candidate profiles and notes accurately in our Notion CRM

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Communicate proactively — candidates always know where they stand
  • Create a warm, professional experience that reflects the Sage Haus brand

Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Hiring Services Specialists in your region to route top candidates into active searches
  • Report to and collaborate with your Regional Manager
  • Attend weekly pipeline meetings and keep Notion CRM and Breezy ATS up to date

    Qualifications

    • Firsthand experience as a house manager, family assistant, or in a household staffing role (strongly preferred)
    • Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar
    • Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication
    • Comfortable with remote work tools including Notion, email platforms, and video conferencing
    • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing company

    Role Details

    • Location: Fully Remote, US-based
    • Schedule: 20-29 hrs/wk
    • Compensation: $35/hr (plus per-sale bonus opportunity)

    Why Sage Haus

    • Own a territory and contribute directly to the quality of every placement we make
    • Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team that genuinely cares about what they build
    • Flexible, remote-friendly schedule
    • Be part of a company that's changing how families think about household support

    How to Apply

If you have a passion for connecting great people with meaningful work — and especially if you've done that work yourself — we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing why this role resonates with you.
