About the r ole
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts, establishing priorities and elevating analytical excellence across the team.
- Own the experimentation strategy for banking and consumer engagement operations, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, sample sizing, guardrail metrics, and results interpretation.
- Drive measurement and optimization of automation engines that support client outreach, workflow orchestration, routing, servicing operations, and operational decisioning.
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, diagnostics, and business review processes that enable informed decision-making.
- Design and support scalable analytical solutions in Snowflake, including reusable datasets, metric definitions, and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
- Establish analytical strategies that help leaders evaluate performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and investment opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve analytical workflows, documentation, exploratory analysis, and business insights.
- Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical plans and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
- Support hiring efforts and develop future analytics talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance development.
About y ou
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, product analytics, experimentation, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing analysts or data scientists.
- Strong expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, multivariate testing, statistical analysis, and causal inference methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL development, data modeling, and analytical framework design.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within analytics workflows to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with experience partnering with senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting operations-focused environments such as banking operations, servicing, contact centers, collections, or client engagement.
- Experience measuring, optimizing, or tuning automation, decisioning, or orchestration engines in production environments.
- Background in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
- Experience building self-service analytics capabilities, reusable measurement frameworks, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methodologies, experimentation platforms, and performance measurement systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic business outcomes through data.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and emerging analytics technologies.
