Run program rituals (planning, standups, risk reviews, retros) and keep teams unblocked and aligned.
Track dependencies across teams, manage tradeoffs, and proactively surface risks with mitigation plans.
Create clear documentation: PRDs/tech briefs, RACI, roadmaps, release plans, and postmortems.
Drive launch readiness: QA plans, rollout strategy, observability requirements, and incident response coordination.
Improve systems of delivery: better estimation, throughput tracking, release hygiene, and cross-team communication.
5+ years experience managing technical programs for software teams (platform, devtools, infrastructure, or product).
Strong technical fluency: APIs, web systems, CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability, and security basics.
Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in fast-moving environments.
