  • Coordinate technical work across frontend development, CMS platforms, APIs, analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and decisions early, and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Support content migrations, website launches, platform improvements, and new digital experiences.

Process & Communication

  • Provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming milestones.
  • Run planning and delivery meetings that help teams make decisions and stay aligned.
  • Maintain project plans and backlogs as priorities change.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical program or project management experience, including work in marketing technology, digital experiences, or web platforms.
  • Experience leading complex website or CMS projects, such as content migrations, redesigns, platform integrations, or global site launches.
  • Ability to manage three or more technical projects at once and coordinate work across business and engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, web development, APIs, analytics, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
