Key Responsibilities

The Product Development Process (PDP) Team is seeking a Program Manager to collaborate with Applied Global Services (AGS) on the development and implementation of PDP solutions for AGS. This Program Manager will also serve as AGS’ representative in the development of the next generation PDP.

The role requires deep knowledge of the AGS organization and products, and strong communication skills with an ability to navigate complex business dynamics and demonstrate influence across broad stakeholder communities.  As the AGS focal within the PDP ecosystem, the Program Manager will be responsible for driving PDP solutions that meet AGS strategic objectives and coordinating closely with AGS product and service development teams, as well as subject matter experts, to ensure effective integration and execution.

  • Has a breadth of experience and deep knowledge of the AGS organization, including business, operations, products, and strategy.
  • Translates strategy into executable roadmaps; prioritizes for impact; sets success metrics with a systems approach and proven track record of sound decision making.

Leadership

  • Communicates with impact, builds stakeholder and executive alignment with crisp narratives, frames decisions and escalations with evidence, manages without authority, and embraces ownership of outcomes.
  • Operates effectively both independently and within team structures, is flexible, adapts to situational needs, and seeks areas of personal growth to improve overall performance.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Able to thrive in a highly matrixed and cross-functional role with competing executive priorities and dynamic business needs.

Functional Knowledge

  • Drives enterprise-level programs forward efficiently using Program Management practices effectively, including translation of requirements, risk management, stakeholder management, developing plans and metrics, and governance.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) and/or product life cycles to deliver product success, particularly in area of product deployment and maturation at customer sites.  
  • Oversees Organization Change Management (OCM) to meet timeline goals through communication planning, coaching and partnering, driving sustained adoption, and resistance management.
  • Implements and uses Business Process Management (BPM) best practices and tools to deliver end-to-end value stream across finance, support orgs, manufacturing, sales, and service.

Problem Solving

  • Turns ambiguity into clear problem statements, requirements, and decision criteria by to develop processes and support infrastructure for enterprise-wide implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands‑on program/project management in technical and business environments.
  • 5+ years experience in AGS with deep network and knowledge
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver within a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment.
  • Track record leading high‑impact, fast‑paced programs with significant cross‑functional engagement.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years in Applied’s PDP, serving in multiple roles within the framework.
  • Experience with BPM, process modeling tools, digital transformation, or program management development.
  • Organizational Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • Global program leadership experience.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
