As an Technical Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, with a primary focus on full lifecycle recruiting for both specialized and generalist Software Engineers. You' build the rocket ship as we fly, helping us double our technical teams within the next year.

 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including working directly with our co-founders and senior leadership.

 
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web scale or startup environments that hold a high bar for talent.

  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.

  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity

  • You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.

  • You thrive in ambiguity and relentlessly orient around driving the best outcomes for the business.

 
Location

We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room and our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days working from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.

 
Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
