Hundreds of companies have signed up since launch, and the platform now processes tens of millions of pages each month for customers ranging from startups to Fortune 10 enterprises. The company has raised $108M and supports cloud, private, and fully air-gapped deployments with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.

You will join as an early member of the recruiting team and help shape a growing engineering organization. Working directly with technical leaders and executives, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles.


Requirements

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.

Partner with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and high-conviction candidate profiles.

Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies.

Source and engage passive technical talent through creative research, outreach, referrals, and community building.

Bring 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing startup, including 2+ years recruiting software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure talent.

Demonstrate a record of closing candidates in competitive AI and ML markets and building recruiting infrastructure.
