Build and own full-cycle technical recruiting for a growing SaaS company: partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, source and vet candidates, maintain pipelines and ATS, manage agency relationships, improve hiring processes and employer brand, and recommend hires to leadership.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape talent acquisition at the center of a growing SaaS organization. As our sole Technical Recruiter, you won’t simply fill roles, you’ll build the recruiting function that helps define the next stage of our company’s growth.
Partnering directly with leadership across Engineering, Product, and the broader business, you’ll drive hiring strategy end-to-end: helping define talent needs, elevating hiring processes, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring we attract exceptional people who will shape the future of our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants the chance to build, influence, and scale. You’ll have the autonomy to introduce better systems, modernize recruiting operations, and create a hiring engine that enables the company to grow thoughtfully and efficiently. Your impact will be visible across every team you help build and every leader you help hire for.

We combine Point of Sale, Merchandising, Order Management, eCommerce, CRM, and Loss Prevention into one cloud-based platform. We are a Values and Mission driven organization, and we believe that if we develop and demonstrate leadership in our strategy, operations, and people, we will continue to drive product innovation and service excellence.
